Per Arjun’s request, we made macaroni and cheese for the second episode of our cooking show.
In fact, it is a great dish to make from scratch and learn a little bit more about some cooking basics, for example, making a white sauce and cooking noodles.

The following recipe was used in our video. It is incredibly easy to follow and promises to leave your taste buds satisfied.
INGREDIENTS
¼ c butter
¼ c flour
3 c whole milk
2.5 c cheddar
1 c gruyere
1 lb macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
Cook butter and flour together on medium heat until light brown in color.
Whisk in milk, being sure to get all the lumps out.
Cook until it thickens. Then add cheese.
Add macaroni noodles.
