Arjun and Mama concocted something new and delicious in Arjun's kitchen: oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup salted butter, softened to room temperature
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups old-fashioned whole rolled oats
1 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
Beat butter to soften.
Add both sugars and baking soda/powder until combined.
Scrape edges.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat until fluffy.
Add flour.
Manually fold in the oats and chocolate chips.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until done.
